The Enviro 2010 Trade Exhibition has been designed for exhibitors to achieve maximum interaction with conference delegates and visitors. There is a distinct advantage by booking early to secure prime locations. A major draw-card for exhibitors is that all catering including the Welcome Reception will be served in the exhibition area amongst the exhibitors.

Exhibitors will be encouraged to look at new and interesting designs for the display stands and consider environmentally sustainable practices in all areas of participation.

There are two high profile display options for exhibitors:

Shell Scheme
This is a standard exhibition display booth arrangement. This option provides an easy and functional solution to exhibiting. Shell Scheme displays can only be located in specifically allocated areas. The shell scheme package includes:

• 2.4m high Velcro sensitive walls
  
• Fascia Sign with company name (max 30 letters)
  
• Stand number
  
• 2 spotlights per 9m2
  
• 1 single 4-amp power point
  
• Carpet

Display upgrade options are available at an extra cost.

Space Only
This is the most creative and eye-catching way to attract buyers to your stand. Space Only displays require a little more effort but can be a huge point-of-difference between you and your competitors. The space only package provides raw floor space only and does not include carpet or any of the Shell Scheme inclusions listed above. This package can be tailored to suit your needs.

Space Only displays are not available for areas less than 24m2. Please note that all designs for custom stands must be approved by the organiser and venue.

1 Catering Package includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on each of the operational days of the Exhibition. Additional packages can be separately purchased up to one month prior to the event.
2 Exhibitor means the person or company identified in the Exhibition Booking Agreement.

EXHIBITION RATES (Australian Dollars, inclusive of 10% GST)
Exhibition stand booking rates are based on a ‘per square metre’ space utilisation basis which will allow flexible booking arrangements for exhibitors. If you require an organiser provided Shell Scheme Stand, there is a small additional charge as outlined below. Shell Scheme stands must be booked in increments of 3m2 with a minimum of 9m2 (typical size) and a maximum of 36m2.

Please note that cancellation conditions do apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the exhibition agreement for details.

There is no loading for corner or prime location stands. Therefore exhibitors are encouraged to reserve their exhibition space early to ensure their stand location of choice. All exhibition space will be allocated according to receipt of signed agreement.
